Nuclei Detect

The objective was to detect and segment the Nuclei from the microscopic images of cells and organisms. This project later served as a backbone for Breast Cancer cells detection. Model was first tested with ResNet 50. After the successful implementation of application ResNet 101 was used as a Backbone to achieve higher accuracy and precision. After successful training and deployment of model it was performing great was achieving score ~92%.
