FluxTest is a self-hosted server network diagnosis tool that measures:

• • Latency (round-trip time)
• • Jitter (RTT consistency)
• • Download throughput
• • Upload throughput
• • Bufferbloat (latency under load)

After each test, FluxTest generates an overall A–F network score with per-metric diagnosis and actionable recommendations. Results can be exported as a branded PNG report card.
